This Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER – University of Sri Saddhamma) has obtained the desired objectives and license under the 2007 Section 7 of the Sri Lanka Pragnawansama Program Foundation.
The objectives of this institution are to lead the way in producing talented scholars full of ideas and to release people into the world who can use knowledge in various theoretical sciences, subjects and fields in various national and international worlds in accordance with the principles of Dhamma. As an educational institution, it is right to establish a generation of people who can contribute to national and world service by fulfilling noble tasks in the national and international scientific, educational, cultural, economic, social and legal fields in accordance with the principles of Dhamma legal business.
Internationally, higher education institutions, government and non-government organizations will provide various services in accordance with theoretical and field guidelines, trade, entrepreneurship and project development, effective policies, programs and programs with scientific foundations, implementation of innovative international principles, and future directions with theoretical and legal guidelines will lead the world to a new direction with decisive proposals.
The aim of this organization is to provide effective motivation to the fields of education, science and media by implementing plans according to scientific and international principles in the educational basin, innovative educational training seminars, industrial educational principles, and effective world.
