- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Toast 3-4 minutes in dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant
- Remove top rind of brie wheel with sharp knife
- Place the brie in oven-safe dish or small cast iron pan
- Mix cranberry sauce and brown sugar in small bowl
- Spread cranberry mixture over top of brie in even layer
- Sprinkle with toasted pecans, chopped rosemary, and orange zest
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
- Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving
- Serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices

Bring to room temperature 30 minutes prior to baking if assembling ahead
Place baking dish on a rimmed baking sheet in case of overflow
