Ingredients
  

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel brie cheese
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup toasted chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Toast 3-4 minutes in dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant
  3. Remove top rind of brie wheel with sharp knife
  4. Place the brie in oven-safe dish or small cast iron pan
  5. Mix cranberry sauce and brown sugar in small bowl
  6. Spread cranberry mixture over top of brie in even layer
  7. Sprinkle with toasted pecans, chopped rosemary, and orange zest
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
  9. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving
  10. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices

  • Can be assembled up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerated
    Bring to room temperature 30 minutes prior to baking if assembling ahead
    Place baking dish on a rimmed baking sheet in case of overflow
